Dispatch & Delivery

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 5 business days.

Standard parcels are usually delivered within 2-4 business days following dispatch (Rural Delivery will take longer and usually adds another 3 days to your delivery time frame).

Please note in peak periods delivery times can be extended due to the high volumes of parcels handled by the courier firms.

 

Freight Charges

Freight charges will be passed on at cost, and will be subsidised on back orders so you don't end up paying more than if they had been sent with the original order (excluding those that include Hinza due to the size of the packages).
